Meg Fargher

Meg Fargher holds an MA from the University of the Witwatersrand and was principal of one of the pre-eminent independent schools in South Africa. Besides mediating and writing Meg consults widely in the Education field and she has facilitated numerous educational conferences and she has coached educational leaders.

Meg is an internationally accredited mediator. She received her training from the Africa Centre for Dispute Resolution at Stellenbosch University’s Business School. Meg has mediated in the private, corporate, para-statal and state arenas.

Dr Helen Dooley

Dr Helen Dooley holds a PhD from the University of Pretoria. She is a well respected psychologist and works closely with Meg Fargher in numerous aspects of their work. They have co-authored two books. The first book "The Adolescent Storm" has been hailed as an essential read for parents. Their second book will be published in the new year. Helen and Meg have run successful workshops and talks for parents of adolescents and adolescents themselves.

Helen has a passion for climbing and adventure and has climbed three of the Seven Summits and she brings the lessons she has learnt form these challenges into her understanding of people.

Sigi Prinsloo

Sigi Prinsloo holds a BComm LLB from the University of Stellenbosch, and is an admitted attorney. She has a solid legal background and a thorough understanding of the corporate environment.

Sigi is an internationally accredited commercial and civil mediator, having received her training from the Africa Centre for Dispute Resolution at Stellenbosch University’s Business School. She is also a FAMSA accredited family and divorce mediator.
